Shopping online can be confusing

You may think shopping online is just as effective as, or even easier than, dealing with a salesperson. Just beware that online database programmers are not as knowledgeable as appliance salespeople, as evidenced by this screenshot:

Obviously, these two Samsung refrigerators are NOT single-door bottom-freezers. You probably would not have found them searching on your own. Come see me in the store--I know how to find what you are looking for.

Take picures of your situation.

When shopping for new appliances, why not take pictures into the store to be able to better describe your situation? Most cell phones have a camera in them now. The pictures can supplement the measurements you have already taken, and can help your salesperson to better serve your needs.
